Camp Life
So here we are, in the final six! Really, the only thing I've talked to the other players about this round is whether to vote Ryan or Erinn. I tried my best to plead my case to Amber and Jenna about why we need to eliminate Erinn now, but I think they are too afraid of losing her jury vote in the end, so they are scared to make a move against her.
I'm also beginning to think that maybe they have been pulling the wool over my eyes, and could potentially have an "All-Original-Purago" alliance, meaning that after Ryan goes, Jaime and I will be on the outside. There's really not much I can do about that now, so it looks like I'm just going to have to go with the flow, and see how things pan out.
Oh, and on a side note; in my last confessional I mentioned how Ryan went back and forth about who he voted for the round that Brooke and Christa were eliminated. Funny enough, this round, he decided to lie yet again. He sent me a pm telling me that he did indeed vote for Christa, and that he hopes I will still work with him. Of course, I already knew he had voted for Christa, but I guess this was his way of trying to "come clean". We then had a chat in AIM about it, and I asked him why he lied to me in the first place about who he voted for, and then he had the audacity to act as if he didn't know he lied...here's what he said:
I think Ryan needs to take some lessons from Erinn about how to lie . The only reason he could possibly come up with...is that he forgot who he voted for? Wow...just, wow.
Challenge
What a clever idea for an Immunity Challenge! I liked this one a lot, mainly because it didn't involve me posting non-stop for two hours, HaHa. I figured that Erinn and Ryan would lie about their colors, but oddly, they decided to tell me the truth. I knew that Jenna, Amber, and Jaime wouldn't lie to me, so it was all pretty simple.
There was a bit of drama regarding Erinn, but since it all happened within a few PMs, I'll just post them all for your reading pleasure:
Erinn
Erinn
Ozzy
Erinn
Erinn
So I obviously decided not to tell Erinn my color, and she eventually decided to lie to me by saying brown was really not her color. And after all of this, Jenna ended up telling Erinn what my color was anyway...ugh.
Oh, and since Erinn told me that she lied about her color, I figured that if it was true, she had probably worked something out with Ryan to exchange their colors, which would make us all list theirs incorrectly. I solved this by having Jaime submit answers that would cover for the problem (listing Erinn's color as what Ryan had told me, and vice versa).
Toward the end of the challenge, I asked Jaime who else she had told about her color, and she said no one! That made me confident that I was probably going to win it, and I chose Jaime as the second person to win immunity. I knew I was going to try and get Erinn eliminated, and I did not want it to backfire on either of us.
Tribal Council
I did my absolute best to convince Jenna to vote for Erinn, and I even admitted that part of the reason was because I was nervous about there being three original Purago in the final five. I tried everything I could think of to get her to agree, and in the end, she said that if Amber agreed with it, she would vote with us.
I sent Amber an extremely long private message, explaining in detail what I wanted to see happen, and how it was in our best interest. Apparently, she has decided against this plan, because after reading my message, she never sent a reply. I am a little irritated that she didn't have the decency to send me a letter explaining her opinion in the matter. I suppose she'll probably give me some story about how she thought she replied, or forgot to; either way is nonsense.
So I have officially given up on my anti-Erinn crusade, and will have to vote for Ryan, and potentially doom myself in the process. I really hope Jenna and Amber are sincere about wanting me to be in the end with them, but their odd loyalty to Erinn even after she screwed us over has certainly got me nervous.
General Thoughts
This is the last round that I can use my Hidden Immunity Idol! Ironically, I've been immune for every single round since the merge, so I haven't even had the chance to use it on myself. I have considered giving it to Ryan this round, to make sure Erinn gets eliminated...but in reality, I think it would do more harm than good. I have not told anyone about this H.I.I., and having it show up now could cause a panic among the girls.
