Camp Life
I must say, this is the first round when my paranoia really started kicking in to high gear. So much has happened in the last few days, and it's been tough keeping things straight. I've been second guessing a lot of the other players, I've been second guessing my own decisions, and I've really had to make a conscious effort to sit back, and see everything for what it really is.
I suppose I should begin by talking about the outcome of the last round. I was having a very hard time deciding between Tom's side or Jenna's side, and obviously, I picked Jenna. The reason is pretty simple; she has a much better idea about what's going on in the game. When I tried getting some real information out of Tom, his logic was completely scattered. That made me extremely nervous, because if he doesn't know what's going on in the game, then how can we make informed decisions together?
Of course, I could have filled him in on all of the dirty little secrets in Majuro, but that was not worth the risk in my opinion. So, in turn, I spent quite a lot of energy solidifying my alliance with Jenna. There's not a doubt in my mind that she has the capability of playing quite dirty, but the events that took place after James was eliminated made me feel much better about the whole situation.
Obviously I'm talking about the quitters! Jenna had amassed an army, and I could not see a safe way to increase my value, until Aras and Eliza left, basically forcing Jenna to bring me into her really real plans. It was definitely a stroke of luck, but at the same time, it left a bad taste in my mouth. Both Aras and Eliza let James get voted out before they quit, and that is extremely tacky in my opinion. First of all, why would you join a game if you weren't going to be able to complete it? And secondly, if you do want out of the game, let people know before the Tribal Council, so people can change their votes accordingly. Yes, it worked in my favor, but no, I do not agree with the way they handled it.
The other interesting turn of events was when Charlie decided to lose his mind. I think I was just as shocked as everyone else when he pulled out his idol; on the one hand, where the hell did he get it, and on the other, why on earth would he choose that Tribal Council to use it!?
I think I might be partly to blame...He had sent me a private message asking about what I had heard about who people were voting for, etc. I informed him that the only names I had heard come up were his, and James. I tried assuring him that there were plenty of votes against James, but I guess his paranoia got the best of him and he decided to have a premature immunation. ;D
That brings us to this round. I think I'll start by sharing a little chat I had with Tom:
Sorry, I know that was quite long, but there is a lot of juicy information in it...
The absolute best part of this entire situation, however, has nothing to do with Tom. For some crazy reason, Brooke thinks Charlie is aligned with Jenna! This is absolute perfection in my eyes, because not only do the "outsiders" think they are saving their own skins by eliminating Charlie, they think they are hurting Jenna! In essence, Tom, Brooke, and Ryan are dooming themselves by targeting a fellow player that sits outside of Jenna's little mafia.
Now, here's something that completely threw me off...I told Jenna the whole story, about how Tom was trying to make his move, how I had turned him and his buddies against Charlie, and how smoothly everything could go. But then, Jenna...is Jenna...
I think maybe she was just nervous that a lot of stuff was happening without her input. She decided to over-complicate things, so I had to gently bring her back down to earth, HaHa. I'm sure one of her fears is that Tom and Brooke will be able to swing people over from her alliance, but at the very most, they would pull Erinn (somebody who has been playing both sides for quite some time now). Ultimately though, Erinn's loyalty will not matter, because after Charlie is eliminated, we will have the majority with or without her.
I do have a small fear that all of the outsiders (Tom, Brooke, Ryan, Charlie, and maybe even Erinn) are concocting a master plan to flip this game on its head, but when I look at each individual player, it just doesn't seem very likely. They are all super paranoid, and having the ability to stay completely solid, secret, and organized to pull off a blindside would be nothing short of a miracle.
Having said that, another Hidden Immunity Idol on their side would definitely help them along. If that is the case, one of my girls could easily be getting their torch snuffed tonight.
Challenge
I knew I was not going to be able to control the outcome of this challenge, so I decided to use it as a tool to gain Jenna's trust. She had some super elaborate plan on how to control who would win, and in the end, I don't think it worked the way she planned.
I'm pretty sure she did not want to win the challenge, because winning means you get to pick another player to get immunity, which reveals some of your strategy. I must say, I was pretty surprised that she chose me to receive the second immunity, but I was certainly glad!
It looks like I get to save my H.I.I. for another day!
Tribal Council
I've already talked about my thoughts for this Tribal Council; Charlie should definitely be the one to go. One thing that does worry me, is I have not seen Christa and Jaime lately, and I'm afraid they may self-vote. I don't think it will really affect the outcome, but it definitely won't look good this late in the game.
Both Jaime and Christa are vital to my game-play, and if they disappear on me now, I'll have to rethink my whole strategy. Come back girls!
General Thoughts
I have tried to be as honest, loyal, and ethical as I possibly can in this game of Online Survivor. Let me tell you, it's not as easy as I thought it would be. People have this tendency to put you on the spot, and if you can't bend the truth just a bit, then they will know exactly what you are planning, and exactly how to use it against you.
I easily could have been straight up lying to my fellow competitors, but I have done my absolute best to keep my integrity in tact. A big way I've accomplished this is by winning so many Immunities. When I can not be targeted, it makes it much easier for me to be brutally honest, without fear of the consequences.

That brings us to this round. I think I'll start by sharing a little chat I had with Tom:
Tom (4:04:26 PM): honestly if you even remotely care about our alliance you will vote with whoever i have in mind to
Ozzy (4:05:44 PM): so basically "if you even remotely care you will do whatever i say"
Tom (4:05:52 PM): no
Ozzy (4:05:52 PM): not sure i like the sound of that bud
Tom (4:06:05 PM): look i'm worried okay? of course i'm trying to scramble cause i hear my name
Ozzy (4:06:44 PM): well just keep your pants on, i have not heard any final thing yet, since tc was posted about 2 minutes ago lol
Tom (4:06:56 PM): i was told that I was the next to go though
Tom (4:07:12 PM): i know erinn, brooke, and ryan will vote with me so that's four votes
Tom (4:07:13 PM): i need a fifth
Ozzy (4:10:30 PM): so charlie eh?
Tom (4:10:48 PM): actually charlie agreed to vote with me too
Ozzy (4:10:49 PM): the little boy wonder with his hidden immunity lol
Ozzy (4:10:57 PM): oh
Ozzy (4:11:09 PM): well if charlie will vote with u, then that is five lol
Tom (4:11:12 PM): amber, christa, or jaime
Tom (4:11:15 PM): will be going next
[then a bit later...]
Ozzy (4:28:21 PM): hey question
Ozzy (4:28:48 PM): if i can convince a couple of the girls to vote charlie, would that work for u?
Tom (4:32:27 PM): yeah that would work
Ozzy (4:32:52 PM): kk, i'll try and work my magic
Tom (4:33:19 PM): i'll let ryan, erinn, and brooke know then
Ozzy (4:33:31 PM): alrighty
Tom (4:35:15 PM): does that mean u'll probably vote char char too?
Ozzy (4:35:43 PM): i would definitely vote for charlie if we had the numbers
Ozzy (4:05:44 PM): so basically "if you even remotely care you will do whatever i say"
Tom (4:05:52 PM): no

Sorry, I know that was quite long, but there is a lot of juicy information in it...
- Tom said "...our alliance", but the closest we ever came to making an actual alliance was when I asked him to consider joining me in the future; we never sealed the deal. I suppose there could have been a misunderstanding, but I was very careful not to make any promises that early.
- He revealed who he is working with (Brooke, Erinn, and Ryan).
- He felt confident enough to tell me who he really wanted to vote out (Amber, Christa, or Jaime).
- I needed to act fast to turn his attention away from my girls, so I decided to bring Charlie up.
Jenna (11:06:24 PM): i need to find out how tiebreakers work
Ozzy (11:06:35 PM): ??
Jenna (11:06:42 PM): because I wouldn't mind forcing a 5 5 charlie/tom tie
Jenna (11:06:53 PM): Actually its not like charlie will vote himself
Ozzy (11:06:56 PM): what the heck would be the point in that?
Jenna (11:07:08 PM): We've got the numbers solid
Jenna (11:07:25 PM): You me jaime amber charlie christa
Jenna (11:07:42 PM): it will either be 6-4 for tom
Jenna (11:07:47 PM): or 5-4-1 for tom
Ozzy (11:07:58 PM): i dont understand
Jenna (11:08:01 PM): The five of us just have to vote tom
Jenna (11:08:18 PM): If erinn is being disloyal, it doesn't matter.
Jenna (11:08:25 PM): because we have five for Tom
Jenna (11:08:30 PM): and charlie can't vote himself
Ozzy (11:08:46 PM): jenna, there are 5 of us that are completely solid
Jenna (11:08:51 PM): Exactly
Ozzy (11:08:52 PM): amber, you, jaime, christa, and myself
Jenna (11:08:56 PM): mhmmm
Ozzy (11:09:05 PM): if everyone votes out charlie...we have the majority
Jenna (11:09:06 PM): and you said they are targeting charlie.
Ozzy (11:09:16 PM): why the hell would we keep charlie?
Jenna (11:09:22 PM): I guess you are right
Ozzy (11:06:35 PM): ??
